Natural Raw Bodybuilding Nutrition
Nutrition is of great importance to you as a natural bodybuilder. You have heard that phrase, "you are what you eat", and well this really applies here. - Fruits, especially bananas
Another recommendation are protein shakes which should be consumed after your workout and possibly in the evening, depending on what you have found to work best for you. Protein supplements are considered to be natural by natural bodybuilders because is a product, which the body makes and uses.
The natural raw food bodybuilding diet is the simplest diet you will ever need to follow. But it is good to do your research and keep a journal on what you eat and when. This way you will find your best diet for you.
