They are not considered unnatural as steroids and hormones such as testosterone. These substances are not only unnatural, but also harmful to the body.
Hemp seed powder and wheat grass is a protein that is completely natural and easily assimilated. This is used for natural bodybuilders who want fast muscle growth and fat loss. This is a natural food and can be used as much as you feel needed. This is best used right after your workout, within 30 min if possible.
Creatine
Creatine is still in debate as to whether or not it should be considered a part of a natural bodybuilders program. It is produced by the body and used by the body, as is protein. Creatine just gives you more of what you already have; it is not replacing what you have used. It allows you to lift heavier weights for a longer period of time.
Up to this point, it has been recognized as a natural supplement by most natural bodybuilders and professional athletes. So it is considered at this time to be an acceptable natural supplement.
Workouts take a great deal out of your body and protein shakes are an excellent way to replace what you have lost. This also helps to replenish your muscles especially in the first 30 minutes after a workout. This is the best time to drink a protein shake, if not right after your workout.
I personally would not use creatine. However, hemp seed protein shakes are great supplements you can use and are considered to be natural and enhance the development of the natural bodybuilder. Anything beyond this would be considered not be considered natural and should be avoided.
